More information on the T10 Cricket League for the 2019 version will be released soon.
The T10 Cricket League will be played in Abu Dhabi for the next five seasons after signing a contract with the Abu Dhabi Cricket (ADC), Abu Dhabi Sports Council (ADSC) and the Department of Culture and Tourism Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi).
What Happened in 2018?
The Northern Warriors won the second edition of the T10 League by beating the Pakhtoons in the final on Sunday.
The Warriors won by 22 runs after scoring 140/3 from their 10 overs, thanks to a Rovman Powell special of 61 that came off just 25 balls. Andre Russell supported him well by smashing a 12-ball 38 after Mohammad Irfan had taken an early wicket of Lendl Simmons.
In reply, the Pakhtoons were never able to recover from the early loss of Cameron Delport and while the second-wicket pair of Andre Fletcher and Shafiqullah Shafiq added 50 runs, they were never able to get past the required-rate of 14. By the time the second wicket fell, the required-rate had risen to more than 16 an over and with Shahid Afridi failing to show the magic from the previous game, it was all over bar the shouting.
Earlier, Pakhtoons had beaten the Northern Warriors in the first Qualifier to make it to the final but the Warriors overcame the Maratha Arabians by 10 wickets to reach the final.
Bengal Tigers defeated the Maratha Arabians by six wickets to finish third in the tournament.

The two new teams also picked a player apiece before the mini Draft and bolstered their squads with four more during the mini Draft.
In the main Draft that was held on September 24, the eight teams added eight players apiece to their squads, which brought the total players in each of the eight T10 Cricket League squads to 13 apiece.
Abu Dhabi T10 League 2019 Schedule
|Date||Time (IST)||Group||T10 Schedule 2019|
|15-Nov-19||8:00 PM||A||Match 1|
|24-Nov-19||9:30 PM||Final||T10 League Final Match|
Matches are typically 90 minutes long, which is half the length of a T20 these days and exactly the length of a football game. This means, that across the four days of the competition, teams will be able to play five games a day with much ease.
At the end of the group stage of the competition, where all four teams in each of the two groups will play three matches each, all eight teams will be in action again. This time, however, they will play three matches each against teams from the other group – one each against three of the four teams.
The top four teams at the end of this second phase will qualify for the playoffs where the top team takes on the second-placed side in the first semi-final while third and fourth feature in an Eliminator. This will be followed by the second semi-final and the final. T10 cricket league 2019 schedule fixtures and dates including match time in local and GMT will be updated above.
